History
In 2002, Ishwar Singh Rathore laid the cornerstone for what would become one of the leading construction conglomerates in the region. RS Group as R.S. Constructions, his vision was clear to build not just structures but a legacy of excellence. With this ethos, the company quickly gained traction, earning a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time.

In the year 2008, Universal Services was launched, offering a wide range of services from maintenance to facility management, thus expanding the company’s reach beyond construction. In 2009, RS Security was established, providing comprehensive security solutions to its clientele. This move not only broadened RS Group’s service offerings but also strengthened its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of its projects and clients.
Year 2012 marked yet another milestone with the inception of RS Telesolutions Pvt. Ltd, RS Infrasolutions Pvt. Ltd. and RS Hitech Security Pvt. Ltd. with three companies, expanding into various sectors like telecommunication, infrastructure, electrical, and security, offering innovative solutions designed to the digital age. The year 2019 witnessed the addition of RS Logistics and Warehouse Services, further diversifying the group’s portfolio and meeting the growing demands of the logistics industry.
